Skinner, ever sensitive, ducked into the restroom. He put his duffle down, turned to her, eyes glistening. "Scully," he said, "I -" His voice choked; he looked at their feet, swallowing. "Shhhh." She put two fingers to his lips, the other hand to his waist, tipped him forward to rest their foreheads together. "I know, Mulder;" whispering. "I know."
